As a security engineer at a defense technology manufacturer, I automate the security controls and monitoring that protect the networks, endpoints and engineering systems behind advanced manufacturing. My work spans endpoint privilege management, firewall and network segmentation design, and continuous monitoring of the environment, defined as code so that policy is enforced consistently rather than configured by hand. I favor repeatable pipelines and clear standards, so that detection and response scale with the business instead of becoming a bottleneck.

As a security architect at Salesforce, I helped build the company's early infrastructure, joining as its 6th network engineer and 2nd security professional. Over fourteen years I designed and implemented the controls that protected Salesforce's critical systems and data as it grew into an enterprise platform. I worked to strengthen security in ways the business could actually operate on, rather than treating it as a gate.
