Privacy policy
How Khoa Pham handles information collected through khoapham.com. Effective September 6, 2026.
The short version
We collect very little. We do not sell your personal information. We use a small number of well-known services to keep the site running, to see which pages people read, and to stop automated abuse. You can opt out of the optional measurement tools, and this site honours the browser signal that tells us to.
Information you give us
This site has no contact or signup forms. If you email us directly we will hold that correspondence in order to reply to you.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, ours records basic technical information when a page is requested: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for, and the site that referred you. This is ordinary server logging and is needed to deliver the site and to detect abuse.
Cookies and similar technologies
Some of the services below set cookies or use similar storage. Your browser settings can block or delete these at any time. Blocking them will not stop the site working.
| Service | Why we use it | What it receives | More |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and delivery | Server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. | Policy |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Aggregate visitor measurement | Page views and referrers. No cookies and no cross-site tracking. | Policy |
| Google Analytics 4 | Understanding traffic and audience | Page views, approximate location, device and referral source. Cookies are used. | Policy |
| Microsoft Clarity | Understanding how pages are used | Session recordings and heatmaps: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Cookies are used. | Policy |
Your choices
Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this site does not load the optional measurement tools at all. Only the cookieless, aggregate page-view counter runs. You do not need to ask us for anything or fill in a form.
Browser controls. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and you can install a content blocker that prevents these scripts loading.
Email us. You can also write to [email protected] and ask us to do anything described below.
If you are in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights. In the last twelve months this site has collected the categories of information described above: identifiers such as IP address and, where you submit a form, your name and email; internet activity such as pages viewed and interactions with the site; and approximate location inferred from IP address.
You have the right to know what we have collected, to request a copy, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. You have the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights, and we will not treat you differently.
We do not sell personal information and we have never done so. We do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. The analytics services above may nonetheless meet the broad statutory definition of "sharing", which is why the Global Privacy Control signal described above is honoured.
To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request". We may need to ask a question or two to confirm who you are before we act, and we will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
How long we keep things
Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's own schedule, which their linked policies describe. Server logs are retained only briefly for security and troubleshooting.
Where information goes
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, and only so they can perform the function described. They are processing it on our behalf, not for their own purposes, except where their own linked policies say otherwise. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
These providers are based in the United States and may process information there and in other countries.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are protected against automated abuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top. If the change is significant we will make that clear on the site.
